Yes, all of our products are vegan. We are in the process of being certified by a third-party organisation and that's why this is not yet stated on our packaging - please bear with us.
Yes, we do not test on animals or use any animal-derived ingredients in our products.
No, we always look for natural alternatives. Unfortunately the price to pay for non-synthetic fragrances is that they dissipate quicker. This is a trade-off we feel is worth it.
We don't believe in greenwashing, therefore we decide to be transparent about what our products are made of. Please see the Ingredients glossary page for further details.
Delivery & Returns
We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. If your country is not on the list, please contact us and let us know and we will do whatever we can to try and find a solution for you.
• United Kingdom: £3.00 GBP - Royal Mail Tracked 48 • Europe: £5.15 GBP - Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
Customs duty is not applicable in Europe on the delivery of the total order of goods equivalent to less than €150 EUR. VAT and customs clearance, unfortunately, will have to be paid on your end (due to Brexit). We are working hard on this and hope to provide a solution in the near future.
We hope you love your GUVU products as much as we do but understand you may have changed your mind. We do accept returns if they are made within 14 days of the order being delivered. Please note the products must be returned unopened, unused and not damaged. We apologise we are currently unable to help you make the return and you will have to do so at your own cost - we are working on this!
